‘Design. Architecture around contract’ Design week in Expo Dubai 2020

Ramón Esteve has taken part as a speaker in the conference program ‘Design. Architecture around contract’, organized in the Spain Pavilion at Expo 2020 with the collaboration of the Leading Brands of Spain Forum. The event coincides with Dubai Design Week, which is held in this city from November 8 to 13.

Through a review of his most representative projects, Ramón Esteve highlighted the inevitable relationship that exists between architecture and furniture, as well as the need to add value through design when working on medium and large scale projects, by reproducing the same parameters that are handled in a single-family residential project.

Under the motto ‘Connecting minds, crating the future’, Expo Dubai 2020 plans to gather, between October 1, 2021, and March 31, 2022, more than 200 participants and attract more than 25 million visitors. Twenty-two countries represented, including Spain, are the largest number of nations ever gathered in an expo.
