Mitjorn, Honourable Mention in the NYCxDESIGN Awards

Mitjorn, the collection designed by Ramón Esteve for iSiMAR, has received an Honourable Mention in the NYCxDESIGN Awards in 2022.

This award is annually given by the prestigious New York magazine Interior Design together with the ICFF International Contemporary Furniture Fair, recognized as North America’s leading platform for global design.

The Mitjorn collection is inspired by and named after an idyllic beach in the south of Formentera, the longest beach of this Mediterranean island, formed of several coves scattered with rocky areas and sandy beaches.

Mitjorn’s faceted lines form a geometric pattern that looks like the fishing nets and the shape of their threads, tied together to form a mesh of polygonal shapes.

With a structure of galvanized steel rods, the collection is made up of four timeless-looking pieces designed to suit multiple spaces, from terraces and outdoor areas to interiors and contract settings.
