Residential Architecture: Coherence, Experience and an Integrated Vision

Marbella was the setting for a conversation on contemporary residential architecture and the processes that define the most demanding projects on the current architectural landscape.

The panel discussion, moderated by Moisés Plaza, brought together various professionals from the sector to reflect on how today's most exclusive residences are conceived. Participants included Ramón Esteve, Jesús Rodríguez Maseda and Marta Palazuelo, in a dialogue that focused on an approach to design in which architecture, interior design and product design are understood as an indivisible whole.

During the conversation, the importance of precise architecture, sensitive to its surroundings and deeply linked to the experience of those who inhabit the spaces, was highlighted. From the studio, a vision was presented based on coherence, harmony and timelessness, where each project is conceived as an integral and carefully articulated experience.

The discussion also extended to the evolution of contemporary residential architecture and how certain emerging models are redefining the relationship between space, identity and ways of living, incorporating new layers of complexity into the design process.

Held in a context of particular relevance for international residential architecture, the meeting established itself as a space for the exchange of ideas, visions and knowledge around a discipline that goes beyond construction to become experience.
