Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Data Protection Officer (DPO): info@ramonesteve.com. Your data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?

Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

Contact form

To respond to queries or any type of request made by the user via any of the contact methods available on the website of the controller.

To carry out statistical analyses and market studies.

CV form

To involve the data subject in personnel selection processes and analyse the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting a candidate for the controller’s vacancy.

To send newsletters, updates, online offers, and promotions.

Booking form

To formalise bookings at the controller’s establishment.

To send advertising and commercial communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other present or future electronic or physical means, to clients, enabling the promotion of products or services similar to those initially contracted by the client.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out using your data. Should this situation change, you will be duly informed, including details of the logic involved and the potential consequences.

How long will we retain your personal data?

It will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for legal retention periods, after which it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymisation or complete destruction.

Your personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or to comply with legal obligations. If it is not possible to specify the exact period, the criteria used to determine this period will be: the nature and duration of the relationship with the user, storage obligations established by law, and potential liabilities.

Once this period expires, data will be deleted or anonymised using appropriate security measures.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

There are no planned disclosures of personal data to third parties except, if necessary, for the development and execution of processing purposes, to our service providers in communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except for service providers acting as processors, under contracts that require them to comply fully with data protection obligations, or when legally required.

Transfers of your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are not envisioned. If they were to occur, you will be informed in advance about the destination, legal guarantees, and the means for obtaining a copy of such safeguards.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.
Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.
Right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the appropriate boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to meet their request by the provider. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully suited to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
