We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience in the development of architectural projects, strong design ability, technical competence, and a creative approach to each project. The role requires active involvement in conceptual development, 2D and 3D documentation, the preparation of presentations, reports and materiality studies, as well as coordination with internal teams and external consultants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Main requirements<\/strong><\/p>

– Master's Degree in Architecture.

– Native Spanish and fluent English.

Ram\u00f3n Esteve Estudio is seeking to appoint a Senior Building Engineer to join its Construction Department in Valencia, with an immediate start.<\/p>

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in site monitoring, coordination and control, who is able to work with technical rigour, sound organisational judgement and fluent communication with clients, project teams, consultants and collaborators.<\/p>

The role will involve the technical and administrative management of projects and construction works, including quantity take-offs, licences and permits, quality control during execution, cost and deadline monitoring, scope-change management and the resolution of technical issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Main requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

– Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent qualification.
– Minimum of 5 years' proven professional experience in the management and monitoring of medium- and large-scale construction works.
– Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Cost-It and Presto.
– Knowledge of current regulations, the CTE and technical site documentation.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
– Native Spanish and fluent English.
– Category B driving licence.
