Senior BIM Architect
Ramón Esteve Estudio is seeking a Senior BIM Architect with a minimum of five years' experience to join its Architecture team in Valencia for immediate start.
We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience in the development of architectural projects, strong design ability, technical competence, and a creative approach to each project. The role requires active involvement in conceptual development, 2D and 3D documentation, the preparation of presentations, reports and materiality studies, as well as coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Main requirements
– Master's Degree in Architecture.
– Minimum of five years' professional experience across different project stages.
– Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and standard documentation and coordination tools.
– Strong technical knowledge of architecture, regulations, the CTE, licensing processes, and urban planning.
– Native Spanish and fluent English.
– Design sensitivity, graphic communication skills, organisational ability, and teamwork.
– Immediate on-site start.
A strong BIM approach, creative sensitivity, the ability to develop high-quality deliverables, and prior knowledge of the work and language of Ramón Esteve Estudio will be particularly valued.
Senior Building Engineer
Ramón Esteve Estudio is seeking to appoint a Senior Building Engineer to join its Construction Department in Valencia, with an immediate start.
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in site monitoring, coordination and control, who is able to work with technical rigour, sound organisational judgement and fluent communication with clients, project teams, consultants and collaborators.
The role will involve the technical and administrative management of projects and construction works, including quantity take-offs, licences and permits, quality control during execution, cost and deadline monitoring, scope-change management and the resolution of technical issues.
Main requirements:
– Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent qualification.
– Minimum of 5 years' proven professional experience in the management and monitoring of medium- and large-scale construction works.
– Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Cost-It and Presto.
– Knowledge of current regulations, the CTE and technical site documentation.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
– Native Spanish and fluent English.
– Category B driving licence.
– Immediate on-site start.
Experience in residential, cultural, institutional or commercial projects will be valued, as will a BIM-based approach and prior knowledge of the studio's work and standards.
